So just started today and need to loose 10Kgs. Any suggestions on how to record calorie consumed during the day. The chart here is a total for the day, but wondered if any of you have a easy, practical way of keeping count of what you are consuming as the day goes on. Thanks.

DAY 1!
I just get a piece of paper and write the date on it. I then write Tea on it and count the number of teas I have in a day by just putting a 1 for each one as I have them. Then as I eat I write down the item with lunch as title, then write down the item with the calories, then any snacks or fruit if I have them with the calories, then the dinner as title, then write down the item with the calories and any other drinks in same way as tea. I add it all up at the end of the day. Sometimes I keep adding it up during the day if I am worried about going over.
I have a note book. And write in every single thing I eat or drink. Even if I go over its important to accept what I've eaten, 😊
I also write my weight losses and gains, steps done, exercise and any achievements such as resisting temptation, wearing smaller clothes feeling more energtic, etc 😊
Back when I counted calories I used this app/website myfitnesspal.com which I liked a lot
I use my fitbit app but also have a little notebook in my handbag. Love your username 😊
