Hi everyone started tonight 7 stones to loose need support going to give this plan everything I've got

Welcome to the forum. Others much more knowledgeable than me will give you a formal welcome. Suffice to say I've found this forum a constant source of encouragement and consolation when I needed it. No one judges and there is always someone on line who will help with advice or tips. Good luck.

What a lovely picture! To be honest, it doesn't look as if you have 7lbs to lose, never mind 7 stone :)

Take a look at the Pinned Posts section, to the right of your screen (bottom, if you're using a mobile) and have a look at the Welcome Newbies thread.

Look at the Topics section beneath that, for posts that could answer any questions you may have. Consider joining any, or all, of our challenges, as they're fun and motivating.

Join us for the Monday Group weigh-in. If you follow Zest and myself, you'll be notified when we post the threads. The latest weigh-in thread can always be found in the Events section, to the right of the home page (bottom if you're using a mobile) and remains open to late weighers, until 6pm on Fridays.

Hi and welcome

I am on week 5 and love the 12 week plan - this is this first time I have ever counted calories and it is working as I can still eat some of my favourite foods

Today I had scrambled egg on Danish bread for breakfast

Ham salad for lunch, added some smoked salmon and low fat philly cheese and had a pudding of low fat yogurt and berries

For tea I had some veggie soup and a piece of fish

And as it was Thursday and a quiz night even managed a glass of spritzer and still well within my calories

Planning is the key - I knew I would be having a wee tipple tonight so made sure I had accounted for it

Hall, Your already getting good couching advice the NHS diet plan is the best program and is vast as long as you stay within your calorie bracket. I agree by your picture you look great you carry your weight well you look sharp. So besides the 7 stones you have to drop it is very possible and done in a supportive forum. Aids a d individuals here 24/7 for help you want to grab that sweet type and someone will answer, we have all been there.I will not lecture I will let you explore the site. My most important tool is 8-8 oz glasses of water a day one each before a meal.
