Hi guys first time on this and using it , starting my weight loss journey today , going to Tesco soon to weigh myself booohooooo not looking forward to that xxx

Hi. I do not know if I am the best person to start with.!! However I could make a new start along with youregards first start. I had lost 1.5 stone, but I am slowly gaining some of the weight . The benefits for weight loss out weigh the weight gain . I feel better losing the stone. I have another 2 or 3 stone to go. Good Luck and hope you do well. 😊😊

Hi there , I have 3 stone to lose , at start of year it was 2 Iv just kept putting on I need to do something about it as I'm just so unhappy with my body .... how long did it take you to lose the 1.5 stone ? That's a great loss x

I feel the same as you. some people look okay carrying extra weight but I do not. I am a pear shape. it took me about 8 weeks to losethe 1.5 stone. I look younger when I lose weight. Which should be an incentive in its self. I am 53. Good Luck for this week. 😊

Well il be 40 next year and it would be so nice to enter them feeling good about myself , Iv had a good first day it's keeping it up that's the problem but only I can do it I need to have more willpower ! Hope you've had a good day if not tomorrow is another one lol xx

First place to look is at the Pinned Posts section, to the right of your screen (bottom, if you're using a mobile) and have a look at the Welcome Newbies thread.😊 there is lots of info here, and links to the nhs12 week plan and also for checking your BMR and target calories 😊 it's important to eat enough so you don't get hungry or feel deprived 😊

If you feel confident then join us for the Monday Group weigh-in. If you follow Lowcal and Moreless (our very approachable site Admins), you'll be notified when they post the threads. The latest weigh-in thread can always be found in the Events section, to the right of the home page. 😊

Be active on the forum, as that's where we exchange ideas and get our daily dose of motivation and inspiration.😊
