Hope you enjoy it when you do. My hubby said to me that he wouldn't eat the skin on a jacket sweet potato, but I said I probably would - it made me doubt my suggestion to you to eat it. I guess it could be personal taste at the end of the day! Not sure what most people do!!!

I think sweet potato chips roasted in the oven are lovely, and also mashed sweet potato.

However you end up doing them, I hope you enjoy them.

my ex has been asking the people in her gym and most of them say dont eat the skin if doing jackets lol
