I like to imagine how feeling good looks
What are your reasons for wanting to eat healthily/lose weight? There must be some motivating reasons there?
Sometimes it is hard to get going. Think of the nice clothes you will be able to wear, or how much fitter you will feel. Losing excess weight is so good for your health and wellbeing.
Try making meal plans using your favourite healthy foods, maybe chicken or fish? Everyone has something healthy that they like to eat, so try getting creative. I have a folder on my laptop where I keep food ideas. Set yourself mini goals, I always do this, whether it is to lose that first half stone, or slim into a particular dress or pair of jeans.
I hope that is a few ideas to help you get going.

Some advice i read recently is to write a list of all the benefits you get from being slimmer, but not just every day ones ( although they are ok) - ones that really plug into your emotions. something thats really important to you.

Book yourself a tennis lesson with a really sexy instructor - about 2 or 3 months away, and then plan to get into a really cute tennis outfit.....? (Or Ice-skating, or ballroom dancing or sub-aqua)....whatever floats your boat as they say!
What makes a difference for me is the realisation that it was possible to lose weight and get fitter without being hungry or deprived 😊 I had always wanted to lose weight but thought I had to starve myself to do it 😕 After a lifetime of yoyo dieting I'm finally eating properly all the time and losing weight slowly and steadily 😊
