All inclusive hell!

OK, so the hotel was great, food was good and plentiful, alcohol was on tap (literally!), sun was shining and we did plenty of walking and running. BUT when I consulted my best friend in the bathroom this morning the damn thing told me I'd piled on 5kgs.

Just goes to show what 2 weeks of not cooking for yourself can do!

Sounds like a lovely holiday. Don't worry all will be fine after a couple of weeks back to normal. Holidays are there to be enjoyed :-)

Hi StewieUK,

Welcome back from your holiday. It's normal to put on weight after a holiday, and especially an 'all-inclusive' - that buffet you've photographed looks amazing, so colourful. :-)

Sounds like you had a great time, and well done on getting in that walking and running too.

That extra weight will soon come off, once you're back to your normal routine, so just put it behind you and focus forwards.

Glad you had a lovely break - and hope your batteries are re-charged!

Lowcal :-)

Yes, it must have been absolute hell, lol! Pleased you've had a good time, don't worry about the scales, you will soon reverse the gain now you are back in control.

I don't know what it was like all the time but from your picture that looks good, lots of greens and bright colours...but you know, holidays are to be enjoyed so as long as you enjoyed yourself then worry about the weight afterwards! Just a sign of a good time! ;)
