Let's see...my mini goal of the moment is to get to 231 lbs which is 16 and a half stone,
Also to go swimming at least twice...our old swimming pool has just re-opened after a re-vamp so must check it out!
To go on a few power walks with my new trainers
and to try out some new recipes for dinner.

Eat 5 small meals a day and get my first 5 kg off. My first small meal is my breakfast banana.
I am about to go on holiday to Manitoba territory in Canada where it's gonna be very cold so walking outside may not be an option. I aim to do a lot of indoor exercise to keep going whilst away else those 5 kg are going nowhere.
Goal for this month break into the 200's fed up of seeing 300's

To ensure that I continue to exercise 4-5 times per week now that BST has ended, allowing me to enjoy the forth-coming festive period as it should be.
