Hi, I'm new to this. I would like to loose 3 stone but struggle with motivation and willpower (that little voice inside my head that tells me it is ok and that I'll be good tomorrow, always seems to win). But I have decided that enough is enough, so need all the help I can get.

Hi littlegem51 and wellcome 😀 you have definitely come to the right place for motivation and advice 👍

Alot of us follow the nhs12wk plan and would recommend this as a good platform. Join in and read as much as you can on this forum as with out it I wouldn't of hit my target !!!

Welcome to the Weight Loss NHS forum. I hope that you'll find the forum to be a place where you can find some inspiration and support, and that you'll enjoy being part of it. It's a great community - and our Welcome Newbie post is a good place to start if you want to see things that past and present members have said about the forum - you can find it in the Pinned posts area, which is at the right-hand-side of the homepage (or at the bottom of your screen if you're accessing via a mobile device).

There are also other Challenges going on, so do have a good look through the Pinned posts if you like the idea of joining in some of those, as they are really enjoyable.

The NHS 12 week plan is really good, and I would also say it's easy to follow and has a good structure. Especially if you sign up for regular E-mail support.

We have a Monday group weigh-in session too, so look at the Events section, if you'd like to join us - you can post your weight before 18 00 on Friday 28th October 2016 in the current thread to be counted in this week's stats, and the next Session will be on Monday 31st October - you'd be very welcome!
