I am very overweight and need to lose about 6 stone, I have epilepsy and I am also on Citralopram 10mg; which has made me put on at least 2 stones since I started taking it 2 years ago. I have been on a diet helped by my Dietican; however I am really struggling to lose any weight, even though I have tried hard I have only lost 6lbs in 6 months and I was really disappointed. I think part of the trouble is there is no food I could say I really like, when I take my lunch to work I look at think I'm not eating that, so I turn to something I shouldn't have. Does anyone have any advice, especially ideas on what I could take to work for my lunch as I don't particularly like bread either and I desperately want to lose weight so i feel better. Many thanks.

I think it may be a good idea to put stuff in soups, and other hidden veg, such things as lentils can be hidden quite well. What is it you hate about foods, texture, taste or smell?
Try to find what's round stuff, not how to avo I'd the foods, good luck
