Last week 12.10st, this week 12.11st OMG!! What is going on! I blame the new scales. I don't think I have strayed from the healthy eating plan but slightly lacked in walking as my new job takes more time. Anyway will keep going. Maybe a new strategy?? I hope everyone else's week is going well ☺

When I went from weighing at a group to weighing myself at home I found my home scales said I was two lb heavier than the group scales. So I immediately gained two lb so it really could be your scales and starting a new job means getting used to a new routine and adds a bit of stress, which can hinder weight loss but it's just one week and if you keep sticking to your healthy plan you'll get there!

Must be the new scales - I agree with you on that one!!! Just keep going, and you should be fine - you're sticking with the healthy eating plan, and I guess the only difference is the lack of time for your walking, but hopefully you can work on that - and maybe try some new strategies to get more exercise into your day - achieving a balance.
I think my week is going well so far, so I need to keep up the resolve over the weekend, and I hope for a good weigh-in on Monday, all being well.

Ooh that's a bit of a bummer😕. Have you checked the accuracy of your scales ? Weigh something like a full bag of sugar or a bag of potatoes and check they are accurate !!
