Glad you've enjoyed the second run of Week 1 - I presume you're doing the Couch to 5k? Are you also hoping to lose some weight? I just wanted to say "well done to you". I remember when I started out, never believing I'd be able to run 30 minutes continuously. It's a really good programme that will build up your stamina slowly but surely. Keep going, the weeks will fly by and hopefully you'll feel fitter as the weeks progress.
Thanks for your encouragement. By God I need it! . I am more unfit than I realised. I thought running for 1 min would be easy. I was sadly mistaken. I think I counted every second !lol The thought of running for 30 mins is an impossible thought at moment. Nevertheless I am determined to follow the programme. The positive comments on this site are so encouraging and motivational..
