Weighed myself this morning and I am 12 stone 1lb, this puts my bmi under 30 so I am no longer obese just overweight. That's a stone since I joined this forum. Thanks everyone who has commented, liked and supported. Next goal is to be normal, which I think is about 10 1/2 stone for me x

Well done Linda_pink , isn't it great as with some weight loss success (yay!) you realise that getting to a healthy bmi is really possible. When I started with 3 st to lose I thought I'd never do it, but once I found I was losing a pound or 2 a week it was just a matter of plodding on, eating healthily and knew I'd get there eventually, made some new better cooking/ eating habits along the way too. Good luck with the rest of your journey, been life changing for me :)

Ty, feel so much better too. More energy, knees not so sore, less stomach issues (gave up bread and pasta). Know I have a way to go and then maintenance will be killer. Doing this slowly so it hopefully stays of. Ty for support x
