Lost motivation - back again

Hi its been a few months since i was here as lost motivtion and will. I have recently had my appointment with the adult weight management team and i have more of an idea now on what i have to do. One of those is training my brain and stomach to talk to each other as an issue i have is not recognising when i am hungry. I have to try and have 3 meals a day and keep to the clock with adjusting my lunch time meal to a meal at work when on nights. Hopefully this will work.

A routine is useful 😊 Also keeping distracted in between times 😊 I also now only cook enough for one meal, and dish mine up onto my plate, no more putting everything out in dishes to help ourselves too (2nds and 3rds in my case 😕)

Good luck!

Many thanks. I'm going to take the rest of this week to get organised, research etc then my new challenge begins especially as I've got my 3 night week.
