Back to losing weight and sticking to the plan. I have also started walking again this last week so that should help too. I think I will look into starting back to the gym as well. Have printed off a meal planner and bought lettuce and tomatoes to try and eat more healthily too....

Hey, me too! just started over about 2 weeks ago and as far as lettuce and tomatoes goes... well, not that much. my problem is more a portion control. being from Texas, everything is bigger including portions. we eat a lot of barbecue and burgers and I am just chubby. well, more than chubby but lets be nice. I have lost 6 pounds so far on portion control although in all honesty I have been trying to eat more veggies. we I grew up all we ever ate was beans, corn and green beans so I have a hard time trying new things. but I found I like Brussel sprouts and broccoli and other green things so maybe just maybe I can stick with it this time. chin up! we can do this!
