Sorry to hear your not having a good day. Have you checked your calorie intake with the BMI checker to make sure your having enough calories. Try drinking more water to keep you from feeling hungry. Hi, I hope you start to feel benter soon. I often find doing a few gentle stretches can help with a he's and pains. Also just going outside in the fresh air (if the weather is okay where you are!) helps to refresh me a bit or a short walk if you can manage it.
Good morning Grannybwell, I find distraction is the key. If the weather is good I go for a walk in the sunshine, call in on a friend for a natter or if it's raining I go window shopping (but I only take enough money for a drink so I can't weaken every time I go past a cake shop!). A spot of gardening is also very therapeutic.
Hang on in there because it gets easier once you're over the first few days and believe me it's worth all of the effort.
