I started the British Heart Foundation eating plan today as well as a swim challenge. I stuck to the plan and I swam 44 lengths and I am so chuffed with myself. I know it is early days but so far so good. Woop!

Have a look at An Idiot Abroad and also Kilometre Zero Challenge. I see them as fun ways of recording my exercise and contributing to a fantastical group goal. It is also helping me to be more aware of how much exercise I am doing, which means I am now challenging myself to do more. And if it's recorded here, I can look back and see my progress (hopefully).
