Well, I started a few weeks ago and I have lost about 3lbs. My scales vary a lot, even when I keep them in the same place, but from a high of 250lb they now show 246lbs.(They even showed 244 at one point, but I'm taking that with a pinch of salt) I am aiming as an intermediate goal to get to 240lbs, and by Christmas I would like to be around 230/232lbs, which would be a stone lost in total.
I know we shouldn't be obsessed with what the scales say, but it's still nice to see a smaller number!!
I have bought a nice notebook to keep records and ideas/ notes on calories etc, I find it useful!

So many memories come to my mind -I was working off the 240's last November and 30's through December-January. Wishing you a happy journey, and I know you can do it! 🌞
A visual aids like this will help you along your journey. Write down everything. Food, calories, drink, measurements and how your feeling. If you have a down week you can look back on a good week and use this as a reminder of why you succeeded and try again 💗
Dont rely on the scales as your weight is dependent on so many things. I've had a few weeks where I've stayed the same but lost an inch!!
Good luck and keep us posted on your journey. Claire x
