Hi, I'm a first time visitor to the site. I've struggled for years with my weight and swing between - oh well that's just what I am ( overweight) and feeling really low and unhappy with myself. I've yet to seriously launch into the 12 week plan, I think I hesitate because I'm convinced I'll fail yet again. I know that I can be very hard on myself, I have a supportive husband but I know he gets frustrated with me too.
So having introduced myself and given the impression that I am a miserable so and so, I'll sign off and go and get my tea '
