My husband swears by his recipes. He has two of his books and always provides a scrummy tea . My favourite is his pork with beetroot and feta . So lovely

Yes Molltdex that sounds lush. He made some good meals tonight however I don't like tuna.

Can't wait until next week. What did you think of his ethos? ☺

I have had a look at two of his books and his recipes are simple but lovely however i am not a fan on HIIT as training that intense makes me super hungry and my heart just bursts out of my chest. Way too much adrenaline for my liking..I'm 21..

Hi yes I agree regarding the exercise it appears very intensive.

I may be wrong but I could honestly say I don't think I could do one of those floor exercises.😥

I tried the running on the spot knee raises and I struggled.

I understand the concept short bursts of raising the heart rate but I was disappointed the exercise i didn't really show a beginners guide.

You had to have a certain level of fitness.☺

I think the principle applies to everyone though, whatever exercise you're doing, just go extra hard for 20/30 seconds then slower for one minute 😊 I liked the fact that even the "after' photos weren't perfect, these were real people, not airbrushed super models 😊

Hi Anna

Thinking about it - your right. Yes the models did look good I agree. Can't wait to see who is on next week and the results. ☺

Although the people did well they were all in the younger age group and I felt that as an "oldie" I couldn't manage the intensive exercise that he showed. For a start if I got down it would take me a long time to get back up! Looking forward to see if he includes anyone older in next progs!

Couldn't agree more Marylou👏. I am with you getting up and down would be a real effort.😓

Like you i hope he has some people who are more challenged mobility wise.

I have dodgy knees.☺

Anna 61 there's no moss on your roof girl quick or what.👟

Yes i agree they did look good - I will try them probably next week. Thanks for the info.

Can't plait my legs so might as well try the food.

Glad you enjoyed them. ☺

What a great program! Love his healthy food.

If you google HIIT for seniors, the exercises are a bit more do-able for the mature amongst us.

in reply to Penel

Oh thanks for that I will have another look. I must have missed them.

I watched the beginners the other night and to be honest they still looked advanced.☺

Just doing some fast walking, then resting, is a good start.
