W4R3 on a fasting day and I seemed to have bags of energy??? Yesterday I jogged for 25 mins treadmill as I just felt like going on, no aches or pains and not tired this morning. Gallons of water though! is this a one off? Is this a safe way to exercise?

I'm assuming you mean the 5:2 diet?
I know a lot of people like to exercise on fast days, just fine. Just make sure you know your limits, don't over do it - as with any exercise. And drink plenty of water before, during and after - like you did.

In my opinion jogging is a bit strong to cop during fasting and can cause some muscle problems as I had read an article on doing exercise during fasting.
The calories are already down than normal you can exhaust yourself so its better to jogging on non fasting days.
