I've been sitting in the garden doing some colouring and I can really recommend it as I have been so engrossed and haven't thought about needing to visit the fridge at all πŸ˜€

I usually get peckish about 4 pm but I didn't today yippee πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ˜„

Hope you are all enjoying the sunshine πŸ’•πŸŒž

I find colouring engrossing too and it's relaxing. :) It's a mindful technique too, I think. :)

It's so lovely I always loved colouring as a child

Yes it's really good for relaxation and mindfulness 🌺

I'm sitting in the garden and there are swallows swooping around so peaceful

Have a lovely tomorrow πŸ˜€

You too. :)

I have colouring books...they are away until winter. Perhaps I should bring them out soon as I am struggling with my weight loss at the moment! !

Well it definitely kept me occupied and I sort of lost myself in it So maybe give it a try I find a jigsaw puzzle the same its that "I'll just do a bit more" that kept me from thinking of needing to nibble something !

Good luck
