I'm trying to eat more protein and less carbohydrates so I had a 2 egg omelette this morning. Fry light, oniobcand light cheese triangle. Enjoyed it but feel quite bloated now!😣

I made omelette with spinach and light cheese for my breakfast mostly it's fab.
Have you tried cider vinegar? This is really helping me fight the protein bloat!

Heya. I def find eating more protein and less carbs helps maintain my blood sugar levels and keep my hunger in the normal range. If I eat starchy foods I'm eating all day! I try to only get carbs from veg and a bit of fruit like berries. I find oat cakes and overnight oats made with yogurt quite a good carb though- oats don't make me as hungry as other carbs for some reason.
Yogi teas 'stomach ease' herbal tea is great for bloat- it contains ginger, cardamom and fennel which all help digestion.
Or you can make your own digestive tea with a couple slices fresh ginger. It's good stuff.
