Hi everyone, today has been a bad day! I'm SO very tired today. Took old dog for a walk this morning - but I found it such hard going! Only did half my usual steps/miles. Old boy tired also! Bless him - I don't want to wear him out! π Have walked 30 miles since last Saturday, so I guess we're both tired today! Food still going well and water intake good, but just headachy and feeling exhausted. Feel my 60 years today! Here's to more energy tomorrow!! Have a good weekend everyone π

Hi, it is understandable that you are tired...you have been walking loads. Have a nice shower, give yourself a foot massage that always does the trick when I am feeling extremely tired...and have an early night if you need one. Put some effort and do something nice for you. Tomorrow will be another day and I am sure you will feel more energised.
Oh bless you. We all have days like that I had one earlier in the week. Didn't get my steps in felt guilty no motivation and like you I didn't sabotage it. I am a very similar age therefore I understand. However you have achieved a good mileage so pat yourself on the back and we'll done.

Your body is insisting on a rest day π I go to the gym 3 times a week as normal but now & then I'll feel too tired and that week might only go once or make it twice. I listen to my body. Plus don't forget any week is different with gardening extra walking on shopping trips a mad house tidy, it all adds up. I cancelled gym this morning as decided I'd rather get the gardening done & that will probably wear me out more! Rest, relax, recharge those batteries ready for the next challenge.
