HI! I started very motivated week 1, I actually lost some weight, but going into week 2 made me lose control a bit and had some problems at home so week 2 for me has taken about 3 weeks now to finish. Has anybody experienced this? What I am supposed to do? Do I re-start where I left or just pick up where I'm supposed to be...? Help

hi, been there like everyone else, draw the line, climb back on the wagon, don't beat yourself up about it and keep going, you will be fine

Just get up tomoro and start again with a healthy breakfast and some exercise ,its that easy.I have been ill since weekend and not eaten great and missed the gym workouts , but tomoro I'm back on it as I feel better ,I might not loose next Monday but that doesn't matter its getting back into it that counts and the weight will follow, Good Luck !!
