very chuffed today, went clothes shopping got size 12 jeans one size down, and size 14 tops, 3 sizes down, thought I just share it with everyone 😊 👖

hi, I started at the end of Feb, went to docs and GT a shock weighed 15 stone, I completely changed my diet, first week was hard felt hungry all the time, I needed to watch my sugar level to, ive stayed away from lowfat foods, most of them substitute fat for sugar, when am shopping I always go for green lables for fat and the others, I cud eat a half of packet of biscuits with one cupper I eat salads jacket potatoes tuna beans brown bread stuff like that, I gt a sweet tooth so I make sure ive got plenty of fruit, I have a treat day, but dnt go overboard, and just keep active its worked for me so am just keep on going to do the same, I don't see it as a diet, just a changed of lifestyle, coz don't wanna put it back on haha, if u need any help just give me a message and be strong

I was on keto. But now it's difficult to be on same diet. I too started munching on fruits now. Congrats on ur achievement 😊
