Clear blue skies but only 20 degrees what a treat to run when it's not baking hot. This is my Monday and Friday route - a 5K loop from the front door. Wednesday I run around the lake at Gueret and then have a play on the adult gym toys. Time now for the last set of weights and I'm done with exercise for the day...
