Best diet I've been on or I should say new eating habit. Me and the hubby started eight

Weeks ago and gave both lost 12 pound each. So pleased and have not cut out anything we like just smaller portions and weigh everything..can't believe the calories in somethings we used to eat by the bucketful.. Very good experience for both of us and not had to pay to join any Weight loss program fees.

Fantastic loss Doreenlegs and hubby πŸ˜€

It is a fantastic plan and like you said it's 'FREE' the nhs should be shouting about it from the roof tops as it WORKS!!! it would save them so much money on health issues etc that arrise from being overweight.

I'm so happy for you bothπŸ‘πŸ‘

Onwards and downwards to the next 12lbs πŸ˜‡

Thanks Claire we are over the moon we have lost that weight and have fun working out our calories for the day.. My brother was told to loose weight as he was heading for diabetes and his cholesterol count was sky high. He did not follow a diet plan but done his own and has lost 30 pound and his cholesterol is low. Hus doctor is so please .. It was all down to sensible eating and 30 minutes a day excerise... So we can all do it if we put our mind to it.

Great post Doreenlegs. Wish my husband would join in with me too. I really want him to lose a stone but he is not really interested. How lovely that you have done it together. It is amazing when you examine the calories in the foods you were eating. How great that you have lost 12 pounds by just being more mindful of the portion sizes and as you say it is a new eating habit that should mean you keep the weight off long term. Really brill :)
