Came back from a week's holiday last night. Scared of weighing myself, but finally steeled myself this morning. Tiny weight loss! Probably attributable to day of hanging around airports and car parks...
I spent the first few days trying to eat as I should, but on a fully catered holiday it's pretty tough to resist the puddings and wine. So I caved. But I was doing loads of exercise so figured that would probably balance it out, and it seems it has. Now I've got to get back firmly on the bandwagon. A day of washing, meal planning and food shopping ahead. while waving the homework stick.
