A healthier swap...

In the afternoon I usually have a sugar free raspberry jelly and HALF a full fat thick creamy yummy scrummy Greek yogurt - 10 cals for the jelly plus 80 cals for the yogurt. Yesterday I bought some 0% fromage frais a WHOLE one is only 46 cals...so after I finish these will it be back to the Greek yogurt? Mind if I ONLY made this change to my eating then over a year that would be well over 12,000 calories saved or almost three and a half pounds.
