Feeling a bit peckish so I've had low cal jelly , fresh strawberries and Greek yoghurt. So scrummy . Little treats make me so happy :-)

It's funny, I've just responded to a post about snacking, I said I don't usually snack and I don't, but reading it made me hungry! So... I've just had melba toast, cream cheese and grapes, 95 calories and, as it happens, still within my calories 😊 your 'snack' sounds delish 😊

That sounds lovely as well. It's great to share ideas. I'm going to have a scrapbook of scruumy snacks :-)

Sounds lovely, I mixed natural yoghurt with a little pot of strawberry fromage frais today, and that was really good too!

That sounds fab. If you want a really low calorie sweet topping you can crush some mini meringues on top. If you haven't been used to sweet things then they are really sweet. Turns your dessert into an Eton Mess.

Mmm, that sounds lovely and tasty. I think I will invest in some low cal jelly for when the sweet tooth is demanding attention!
