Forget weight loss, diets, calorie counting.
Develop an active lifestyle - can be physical work mixed with varied exercise, for example travel under your own steam on foot or pushbike whenever you can.
Next, eat the foods nature intended and don't be sold stuff by marketing and advertising p1ll0cks.
