Well you've made a start by coming on here. Read the info admin will send and jump on in. A good place to start is the 12 week NHS plan as it introduces you eating healthier and exercise. If you do the calorie counting check your allowance on BMI calculator rather than going for the general 1400 Cal's and eat to top end of it. Good luck
