Week 2 of the 12 week challenge 🐣

My weight is 13stones 2lbs a loss of 2lbs, my waist measures 37.5" a reduction of 1" and my BMI is 31.5.

I managed some exercise this week mostly upper body and weight bearing due to my injured knee but I have managed a couple of walks, enough to get my heart pumping a little quicker. I confess I did give in to temptation over the weekend due to poor planning but I'm sure I will be better prepared next weekend.

Hope everyone else's week went well and I hope you get the results you desire. πŸ‘πŸ‘

Well done on a successful week 😊 Good luck for next week, and I agree about planning for the weekend, I like to have a few extra calories and a special meal 😊
