Wow way to go half way into week 2 what more can I say I know what to do go for it !!!! Good luck Gareth

My daughter and I did week 2 session 3 yesterday evening and the jogging part is definitely becoming easier. I am very slow in my jogging unlike my daughter but at least I am moving more.

Fantastic to hear you enjoyed your run yesterday, Merrymanda, and that the jogging part is becoming easier. You and your daughter are doing really well. JaySeeSkinny was just asking who else was doing this Challenge, and now she can see there are some others here - and we are doing this! :-)

Hi Gareth and everyone,

I've done my Week 6 Run 2 today - at the gym. Again on the treadmill on an incline of 1. It took me 30 minutes and 50 seconds. I enjoyed it, but found it quite hot in the gym. But I'm really glad I did it, and I am looking forward to the next one.

I'm hoping to do my 3rd run this week outside - all being well. Probably on the weekend.
