My daughter and I did week 2 session 3 yesterday evening and the jogging part is definitely becoming easier. I am very slow in my jogging unlike my daughter but at least I am moving more.

I've done my Week 6 Run 2 today - at the gym. Again on the treadmill on an incline of 1. It took me 30 minutes and 50 seconds. I enjoyed it, but found it quite hot in the gym. But I'm really glad I did it, and I am looking forward to the next one.
I'm hoping to do my 3rd run this week outside - all being well. Probably on the weekend.
