I have lost no weight this week but have lost 2 inches off my body, so I'm not down hearted.
I'm still keeping going. I need to do a bit more walking and cycling this week. I'm going to try and bike to work monday. It gives me a few days to clean the bike up, pump up the tyres, and to have a go at a short ride before the 6 mile bike ride to work and 6 miles back after a shieft of 7 hours. This will include 2 hills,hummmm!!!!!. I'm going to give it a go. I will let you know how it goes as I have'nt been on my bike for a while.
