I started last week and really struggled on the first C25K session but felt a bit better on the second and third. My jogging is very slow and steady and this is helping me as I went too quickly on the 1st run and felt terrible afterwards!

Yes that's it I ll just let it settle down then try again I think it's knowing how much to do do without causing damage and pain really. I don't mean the running just my knee and back afterwards they may just have to shoot me!! Thanks for your support
