Has anyone got one? Have you found they are good for exercising on? Which one do you have?

I've been thinking about one for a while, mainly because they look fun and I wouldn't burst one anymore πŸ˜‚

I haven't got one, neither am I likely to get one as they scare me! :D

But I'd say you'd probably get quite a bit of a workout for your calves as well as your abdominal area as you'd need to get those muscles working in order to stay straight and not bounce into the wall!

But please share any funny incidents, should you decide to get one. :D

Osiris, I'm sure nothing like this would happen to you! ;)

You can actually go to mini trampoline classes. At least that way you could get to see if you liked it, or not :)

Oh my! I only watched the first minute!

See, my fear is real! :D

I will never get on a trampoline, fun size or the real deal! :o

I used to love it, but my sense of balance is all over the place now, so goodness knows where I'd end up! :D

If you ever try again, make sure someone's filming! πŸ˜‰

OH dear! πŸ˜‚ Although it would be good to get some more muscles working, is it worth the risk of a broken leg?!

I wish I lived somewhere where I could try classes first. Unfortunately I live in the complete middle of nowhere.

Maybe try a skipping rope instead. πŸ˜‚

I'm sure you'd be fine on a trampoline though. πŸ˜‰

In my experience you need good pelvic muscles lol!! Too much information?!
