So just about to leave for our holiday but thought I'd do a quick weigh in (I know it's a few days early) but wantedoto know what I am before I go and I've lost another 1lb since Monday, I am hoping this will help me stay focused and not succumb to all the bad foods when I'm away.

Another one bites the dust! It'll be interesting to see how 12 week plan impacts on Holiday choices - I know with me its still lurks around unless I've just rocked up to the amazing Deli in Beverley after 35 miles glorious cycling! A careful consultation of the fitness trackers and bike computers indicated an additional 2500 calories could be consumed so we stopped at about 2499!
We are staying in a cottage that has facilities to make healthy breakfasts and healthy lunches to take out for picnics etc. Also my trainers are packed so at the moment I'm feeling very motivated to keep with the programme.

Plan plan plan - if you want a big night out then work for it before and after - walking, strength, lost of activity - so that the carbs and calories go to your MUSCLES not to your fat cells.
That's the plan Dave, we are staying in a cottage so have facilities to make healthy lunches to take for picnic etc. Also having three very active boys and a active hubby I'm hoping the will keep me moving!!
