yes, that does look lovely...have to say and back in the day I would have enjoyed, very much so.! Does anyone else think there is a market for a healthy afternoon tea? I asked this question to a hotel manager after we were going for a spa day and the afternoon tea was as your photo. It might just be me, but, a selection of healthy choices, things perhaps you would not normally have would be great and a real treat? I believe there is a market, especially with all the talk about not eating refined sugar, white bread and so on.

Ooh er! I think I would have gone for it too. Surely we can all fit in one treat outing per week otherwise what's it all for? I find it's the 2nd, 3rd and 4th which do me over.

Do you know, I find that pictures of food do not attract me. In fact, looking at the picture was quite a turn off. What sort of establishment serves afternoon tea like that?
