Week 1- becoming a pescartarian!

Hello! So I decided last week that I was fed up of my lack of progress in losing weight, starting and stopping this plan again and again so today I start week 1 as a pescartarian. I feel that eating less meat and hopefully more veggie will help make this time different and hopefully a success. I have already planned meals for the week and excited about trying new dishes I wouldn't have likely gone for as a meat eater.

Good luck everyone in this new week!

I found the switch to a vegan diet to be very helpful for me - I love the food and, indeed, all those wonderful vegetables are really good for you in so many ways: vitamins, fibre, variety, colour, deliciousness, LOL!
