This has to be the time for change; 30 months of hiding away and over eating have got to end. I want to feel attractive again and I have a life to live. Hopefully this blog will help me to lose weight and it would be great if other people joined me on my journey by sharing their experiences too. I want this to work.

Me too, piled the weight on, and really want it back off, we have a mobile gym in our community centre car park for awhile. went tonight with my son, for an induction, burnt 97 cals off. Sooooooooo this is making me not reach for the crisps !!!!! This is my 3rd day, I am 14st and want to lose 4st, am only 5ft. !!
Week 1, day 4 for me, and even after so little time I already feel less bloated and even a little slimmer. Yes the first couple of days are hard, but already it is starting to feel like a routine rather than a battle. Hope you can stay on track today
well im on day 4 week 12 so my final weigh in on monday !!!!
so far according to the weigh in at work im sitting on 10.4lbs but according to my scales at home which work every day and sit in the same position ive lost 17.3lbs !!!!
ive lost as of last tuesday which is 4 weeks after i started taking all my measurements 2" of each thigh, 4" off my hips, 3" off my waist, 1" off my chest (nothing off the boobs yay) and nothing off my arms, started sit ups last night and started lifting bean cans while im watching the tv too to try tone my bingo wings a little and ive got alot of definition in my neck area and no more double or triple chin !!!!
after next week im going to restart the 12 week plan and start a fortnightly weigh in using the scales in boots every second friday on my day off but still do my daily weigh ins on my home scales, some people say not to do this but for me i now now pretty much the foods my body can cope with in a 24 hour period and the foods which take 3-4 days for my body to get rid of and the foods which make me really ill and bloated
geeme/79, like it girl!!!! You are an incentive and encourager!!!!! Like the idea of the beans cans - so it does work, and the daily weigh in - yeah can see where youre coming from (cant do the smiley faces or you would have had three of them!!!!).

I have gained 40 pounds since the menopause ordeal and now I weigh 180 lbs... It needs to stop and I am sooooo struggling. Don't know where to begin but I know it needs to happen
