Going for a curry - yikes!

Meeting friends tomorrow night and going to our favourite curry house! Been really good all week and have some spare calories, but plan to eat lightly during the day, and 2 of us are going to share a main meal and have chapati instead of naan. Been struggling to shed weight and hoping this won't kibosh this weeks good work!

Good luck, worth noting to keep an eye on the drinks ... I was horrified last time I went for a curry the drinks came out as more kcal than my meal !!

Enjoy your meal out tomorrow you deserve it. It's pig day for me tomorrow I just eat what I want I don't drink no alcohol, I'll just have a coke and plenty water.

Go for tomato based sauces rather than creamy/coconut, plain rice instead of pilau (which is oily), and as you've already considered, be careful with sides - chapatti sounds like a great option. Enjoy :)
