Looking forward to it but also nervous

Also please feel free to join in the challenges, they are real motivators. The links are on the right hand side of the home page. Zest and the Fab5ers run a weigh in on Mondays which is voluntary, but which keeps us accountable. If you wish to join in all you need do is post your starting weight (if you want to share this) on Monday when Lowcal adds the post.
There is also a recipe post, again under the pinned posts, this may help with your meal planning. A lot of us use the MyFitnessPal app which counts calories and can keep a log of the exercise you do. I've added the link to the recipe posts below for ease.

Some people joined the Challenge on Tuesday, so you'd only be a couple of days later, and you could still join in with the weekly relection posts, which will be posted on Tuesdays.
