Attempting to start daily cardio....

So I've decided to start a weight loss DVD to help in my weight loss goal.  I am a member of a gym but I really struggle to motivate myself to get there!  I go to yoga once or twice a week and although I really feel the benefit mentally and it helps me feel strong I know I need to up the cardio.  So I downloaded Charlotte Crosby 3 minute belly blitz as it was available on sky box sets.  Pleased to report it is the trainer who does the instructing on the routines.   I don't mind Charlotte but it feels better having a professional give you the instructions.  I managed the warm up and two 3 minute work outs so ten minute in total and it really is non stop.  So I'm gonna build up until I can do all 12, 3 minute routines! Wish me luck! 😬

if you are paying for a gym try every class you can go 2-3 times before you decide its definitely not for you - then do something you like if you are paying you might as well try and make use of it - plus you will get advice if you are not doing things quite right

I have that too and I have managed the workout and round 1. I live in a flat and I'm a bit worried my downstairs neighbour thinks an elephant is falling through their ceiling 😂😂😂

I hope to get further on it tomorrow x

Hi, I'm a big fan of a work out dvd, got the davina 5wk fit at moment and love it 😀 really good varied work outs, x2warm ups and a cool down. Also Ed, the male trainer is rather easy on the eye!!!!
