Been really good with doing more exercise. Walking alot more, doing some weights and hoping to go swimming more soon. Hope the weight will fall off, lol x

If you are following the 12 week plan and doing all of this exercise you should succeed !
Just be careful to include some rest days to let those muscles you are building recover. Otherwise if you are training hard and progressing every day, you might find the lb loss slows. Although the inches will probably go even faster than you can imagine.

Thanks kantara71 and venusflytrap. Yeah i defo have rest days. I'm 44 so i need them sometimes! Haha
