Hi Its a lovely day in Bridlington going out on my bike later general go three to four time per week pre operation it help with pain management the more sitting around i do the more pain down for operation next week but may be cancelled due to stike action which I agree with Mr Hunt need to get doctor back around table and drop new contacts to show some throught for service users also its not just the doctor who are responable ?

Enjoy your bike ride, bit hilly in Brid if I remember correctly!! Lol 😊  I had a minor op last year after quite a long wait, unfortunately let myself get very unfit and over weight and am now paying the price. Good luck with the op and the weight loss 😊
