Week 1 down and 2lb off which I'm pleased with as I'm struggling with the life style change. 

Don't expect much from me this week as I'm away with work for 6 days of company lunches and corporate dinners but I will try!

That's an awesome start. Hard with all those meals out but now youve got the taste for it (awful pun intended) you might surprise yourself. Good luck and check in again soon.

Well done for 2lb loss. Being away with work and entertaining will make it tricky for you but I am sure you will try and make healthy choices when you can. Have a good week :)

Well done on your 2lb. I'm sure you will  keep an eye on what you are eating now you've become aware that it wasn't so bad last week was it. Good luck

One way of coping with business trips is just to drop the carbs.  Eat all the protein, fats and non carb veg they serve plus even extra veg.  Cut out most fruit (just keeping berries), all breads, potatoes, rice and pasta.  Do not go anywhere near any sugar.  It means you stay fuller longer and just keeps you under control.  It means you don't have to fuss about how things are cooked, too, as you can have the fats.  Avoid the pints of any drink and switch to shorts + a diet mixer.  You can also just have the mixer occasionally, without the spirits.  This way you get to have the full breakfast, without the sausages, toast or hash browns.  Which does tend to make you feel fuller for the rest of the day, so you can resist the biscuits, pastries etc at tea breaks.  Good luck.
