Few useful tips; Eat more fresh food, cut down on Bread, Beer, Pasta and Biscuits. Use an online calorie counter like Myfitnesspal or Nutracheck to count the food and drink that you do eat. Get more active; walk, cycle, swim, box - whatever you enjoy doing. Use the stairs, not the lift - if it makes you hot and puffed, it is burning calories! You will feel stronger, younger and more lively once you have shifted those extra lbs. Best of luck!
