Ok, week 3 down and how happy am I? I have lost another 2lb ... whoopee. I haven't quite broken the sound barrier, but I am now in the 20s
I was worried it wouldn't be a loss this week, as I still have back pain and less mobile. I also went out a few evenings with family and friends - which means being on a diet, and being normal works. At the meals I chose not to have wine straight away, but opted for a lime and soda. This is fizzy, which I'm not keen on, so takes time for me to drink so by the time I decide to have a glass it's only the one - or the meal is almost over so I don't bother. I did go for healthy options, but not always that healthy. I tried to balance what I'd like with what I felt wasn't too bad for me ha-ha.
So, progress to date:
Week 0: 21st 9lbs
Week 1: 21st 3lbs (6lb loss)
Week 2: 21st 1lbs (2lb loss)
Week 3: 20st 13lb
(2lb loss)
Week 4: Aim for another 2lb? Slowly but surely...
Seeing as I'm not on that treadmill quite yet, or walking a mile in the evenings, I do appreciate the tips. One of the tips given to me was to get off my chair, during adverts, just to get that extra bit of movement. Very easy to do, so that has helped I'm sure. Thank you Cockneyblue
