on the 1st of April I pledged that I would do at least 15,000 steps And i would keep within my calorie allowance. So today did19,124 steps and am still within allowance because got up late so didn't have any breakfast. So I'm really pleased because want to lose 5 lb. Hope tomorrow goes as well as today. Karen❤

Hi karen,

Wow, you did a lot of steps today - and you're sounding positive and focused for the day ahead.  Glad it's going well.

Enjoy the remainder of the weekend.
